Job summary

Talbots is seeking a friendly, sales‑driven associate for Store 01021 in Marlton, NJ. This temporary/part‑time role offers hourly pay of $16.42–$20.55 and a chance to engage customers with fashion expertise while supporting store performance.

As a team member, you’ll deliver hospitality, assist with clienteling, and participate in store events, promotions, and a generous merchandise discount program.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high integrity.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse environment.
• Passion for selling and driving traffic to the store.
• Professional, assertive, and friendly with independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Seek to understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through conversation.
• Share current products and trends to wardrobe and build trust.
