Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build strong client relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Engage customers with current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire trust.
