Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Availability at least 20 hours per week and flexible scheduling.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Open/close the store and supervise when needed.
