The Client Concierge / Personal Lines Client Manager position reports to the Director of Client & Support Services and collaborates with a team of lines Client Advisors, Client Executives, and Client Managers that service clients with excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering outstanding client experiences at FIA. You will play a crucial role in fostering client loyalty.

Core Skills

• Strong people skills, including both written and oral communication.
• Prominent level of competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with leading agency management systems. Applied products are a plus.

• Ability to answer phones and use general office equipment.

Job Duties

• Provide administrative support to the company with a sense of accuracy and urgency.
• Answer and direct calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Greet visitors and callers courteously and promptly.
• Ability to operate and maintain office equipment, including scanner, copier, fax machine and postage machine.
• Assist with typing and mailing projects.
• Process incoming mail.
• Maintain office appearance.
• Prepare binder certificates, auto ID cards, automobile insurance cards, account summaries, endorsements, policies, lost policy release, and account balance status as needed.
• Ability to work on carrier websites for rating/quoting and making change requests.
• Prepare all invoice transactions including preparation of finance agreements.
• Inform and educate clients regarding policy coverage changes exclusions and other policy information.
• Maintain expiration log of existing assigned book of business.
• Adhere to all agency procedures and E&O guidelines.
• Maintain the integrity of all electronic files by documenting all activity correspondence, phone calls, faxes, and requests for changes, thank you cards, etc.
• Provide technical support to client executives and advisors.
• Participate in special projects and other duties assigned.

Experience and Education

• Extensive client interaction experience (virtual and in-person).
• High diploma (minimum). Associate degree or bachelor’s degree are a plus.
