NorthPoint Development is seeking a Client Concierge Coordinator to streamline onboarding for new industrial clients. You’ll handle documentation, municipal requirements, and partner communications, ensuring accurate, timely information from lease to occupancy.

You will collaborate with Development, Property Management, and internal teams to deliver a concierge-level experience and maintain up-to-date client and property data in our systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience required.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with clients and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding documentation and information for new industrial clients.
• Research municipal business-license, occupancy, and signage-permitting requirements.
• Develop regional directories of utility contacts and onboarding partners.
• Provide accurate utility, access, property, and occupancy information.
• Schedule, prepare materials, notes, and follow-up items for onboarding calls.
• Administer client surveys and track responses.
• Maintain client contacts, property information, activities, and onboarding milestones in Salesforce, Yardi, and Monday.com.
• Monitor onboarding items and follow up with internal teams and clients.
• Deliver concierge-level service throughout onboarding.
• Support client relations reporting, process improvements, and portfolio initiatives.
