Job summary

Manor in Phoenix seeks a Client Concierge to be the face of the practice, greet patients, assist with scheduling, and handle payments. You will maintain a welcoming front office and coordinate with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth operations.

You should have strong customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. Zenoti experience is a bonus and the role is on-site in Phoenix.

Qualifications

You will be the face of the practice, greeting patients, processing payments, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. This position reports to the Practice Manager.
