Pay: $20/hour | Availability: MondayFriday 7am7pm, Saturday 8am1pm

As a Client Concierge in our vibrant Dallas, TX studio, youll be the first face our clients see and the person they trust throughout their wellness journey.

With over 50 years of proven success, Lindora blends medically guided weight loss and metabolic health solutions with innovative treatments like Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), IV Hydration Therapy, GLP-1 medications, and laser body contouring. Now, were expanding in Dallasand we want you on our team.

What Youll Do

Create unforgettable first impressions by warmly welcoming every client into our studio.

Guide clients through check-ins, weigh-ins, and wellness progress assessments.

Educate clients on our suite of programs and therapies to help them make confident health decisions.

Keep our schedule running smoothly by managing appointments and follow-ups.

Maintain organized, accurate client records and update visit documentation.

Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Support clients by reviewing nutrition plans, offering coaching, and reinforcing accountability.

Collaborate with medical and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.

Represent Lindora at community events, wellness fairs, and promotional activities.

Who You Are

A natural communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or client-facing roles is a plus.

Comfortable navigating client software, scheduling systems, and basic tech tools.

Energetic, proactive, and able to work both independently and with a team.

Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based successespecially in sales and memberships.
