Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced functions)
• Experience with customer service in a financial advisory context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and resources for the Commonwealth Compensation team.
• Assist with clearing requests for payout cycles.
• Provide white-glove service to Commonwealth Advisors.
• Process and correct compensation issues for the employee model in a timely fashion.
• Share trends with leadership to drive improvements in process and Advisor experience.
