Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and probing questions to assist with inquiries.
• Research and resolve cases from inbound calls and emails.
• Own complex situations, set expectations, and initiate outreach to sponsors and carriers.
• Support teammates and participate in training and back-up duties.
• Help improve Advisor experience and educate on commission structures.
• Educate offices and partners on technology use and issue reporting.
• Proactively outreach to advisors regarding sensitive activities like billing events and tax season prep.
