  • Create content on the initial announcement communications, connectivity information, multiple mock test information and go live processes and procedures
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
  • 4+ years of experience in creating content and communicating with external stakeholders preferably in banking domain
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with the internal stake holders including the migration team to gather information and corresponding client impacts
  • Understand the banking terminology to create content on the initial announcement communications, connectivity information, multiple mock test information and go live processes and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement
