Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate guidance on coverage and policy matters
• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and policy obligations in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Assist with policy servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and updates
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support
• Communicate effectively with clients, including Eastern European clients, primarily in English; additional proficiency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Romanian is a plus but is not required for the position
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation
• Support clients with commercial and/or trucking insurance needs, as applicable
