Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with daily banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM tasks, in line with bank policies.
