Job summary

Green Beagle Lodge in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Supervisor to lead the Client Care team and deliver exceptional experiences for both pets and their guardians. The role emphasizes relationship building, gentle leadership, and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

You will work across departments to maintain a high standard of client service, dog-handling, and facility safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Help maintain company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Job description

Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience with every interaction—for both pets and their parents. The work is fast-paced and physical, involving continuous movement, thorough cleaning, and direct engagement with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.

The pay range for this role is:
