Job summary

Green Beagle Lodge in Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking a full-time Client Care role to welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. The position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow alongside our Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams.

You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and help educate clients about our services while supporting a seamless front-office operation. A passion for dogs and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Candidates should be available to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.



Responsibilities


  • Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.

Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for every client. The work is fast-paced and requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask while interacting with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.
