Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL - Bloomington is hiring a Client Care Supervisor for a full-time, weekday schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Bloomington.

You will lead a team of caregivers and serve as the link between caregivers, clients, and the office staff to ensure exceptional client care. The role emphasizes frontline communication, scheduling oversight, onboarding, and ongoing training, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or team supervision.
• Strong communication and organization abilities.
• Ability to onboard, train, and develop caregivers.
• Willingness to cover client care shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct caregiver interviews and onboarding.
• Onboard and follow up on caregiver training and documentation.
• Monitor caregiver scheduling and build care plans.
• Be frontline contact for caregiver communication and coaching.
• Fill in client shifts during business hours when necessary.

Client Care Supervisor

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment? SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Supervisor to support our team of caregivers and ensure exceptional client care.

As a Client Care Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between our caregivers, clients, and office staff-supporting caregivers so they can provide the highest level of service to those who depend on us.

What You'll Do

Support Caregivers & Schedules:

• Be the frontline contact for caregiver communication, coaching, and recognition
• Coordinate and conduct interviews and hiring
• Onboard and follow up on caregiver training and documentation
• Monitor caregiver scheduling and build out care plans
• Handle badge appointments and upload all required documentation
• Organize mentor schedules and support new caregiver introductions
• Monitor and report on credit card usage and ensure documentation control

Step in When Needed:

• Be trained in all supervisory and managerial responsibilities
• Be prepared to cover a client shift during business hours if necessary
