Orchard Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Client Care Specialist!

• Role: Client Care Specialist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $18 - $20 / hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday

Orchard Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Care Specialist/Receptionist to join our team. We are a fast-paced, two-and-a-half-doctor practice that prides itself on teamwork and exceptional service. Our hospital features a newly renovated facility with five exam rooms, an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, dental suite, and surgical suite.

Join our team as we serve our community by caring for the pets that bring joy to our clients’ lives. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. The Client Care Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring a positive experience for both our patients and their owners by delivering excellent customer service and supporting the veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities
