Job summary

My Senior Health Plan (MSHP) is seeking a compassionate Client Success Specialist to guide Medicare beneficiaries through onboarding, provide inbound and outbound support, and ensure every client feels informed and cared for.

Join our Client Services team to build lasting relationships, document all interactions in our systems, and support scheduling, outreach, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and guide them through onboarding.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls, reminders, surveys, and outreach.
• Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Document all client interactions in company systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies.
