Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Customer Service, Branch Banking Operations, Treasury Management Service or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Intro level knowledge of general banking, loans, treasury management and other commercial banking products and services.
• Experience working in a call center or cash handling preferred.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate, professional banking service and process transactions.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests with clear, client-centric communication.
• Meet service level standards including customer service, turnaround time, cross-selling goals, risk management and compliance.
• Verify clients' identities and follow release procedures before transactions.
• Escalate issues to engage appropriate internal resources and ensure timely resolutions.
