About The Role

As a Client Care Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our client service operations. You will deliver high-quality, personalized support to clients and financial representatives across various communication channels. This role involves navigating complex systems, resolving inquiries related to insurance and investment products, and contributing to a positive client experience through proactive service and empathy. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service via phone, email, and other digital channels.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions within the scope of Northwestern Mutual’s products.
  • Handle basic and intermediate inquiries regarding insurance, investments, and other financial products.
  • Navigate multiple software systems efficiently to process transactions with high accuracy.
  • Maintain data integrity and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
  • Build professional relationships with clients and financial representatives through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance service operations.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
