Arrow Exterminators in Milton, GA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This role is hourly based on experience and offers a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers via phone and in person
• Schedule services and process payments for customers
• Update and maintain customer files and records
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure proper scheduling and account accuracy
