Animal Care Group of Lake Oswego has two openings on our Client Care Representative team. Apply with your best friend, your favorite former coworker, or someone you know would make every shift better.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. You don’t have to apply as a pair—but if you’ve ever said, “We would be so much fun to work with,” this might be your chance!

Each applicant will be considered individually based on experience, availability, and fit for the role.

Who We Are

At Animal Care Group of Lake Oswego, we’re more than a veterinary hospital—we’re a team built on compassion, connection, exceptional medicine, and meaningful work.

Since 1986, we’ve been a trusted part of our community, caring for pets and the people who love them. We work hard, support one another, celebrate together, and believe that a great hospital experience begins with a team that genuinely cares.

Who You Are

You’re not “just a receptionist.” As a Client Care Representative, you are the welcoming face, reassuring voice, and heartbeat of our hospital.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, genuinely enjoy helping people, and know how to balance compassion with efficiency. You understand that veterinary medicine isn’t only about caring for animals, it’s also about supporting the people who love them.

  • Are warm, compassionate, and confident, even when things become busy or emotional
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and digitally
  • Are dependable and committed to supporting your teammates
  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Are comfortable discussing veterinary services, treatment estimates, and payments
  • Bring positive energy and genuinely enjoy being part of a team
  • Are adaptable, organized, and ready to learn and grow
What You’ll Do
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage a high-volume phone system with accuracy and care
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient flow throughout the day
  • Respond to client messages and communicate with the medical team
  • Assist with client education, billing, estimates, and financial transactions
  • Keep information organized and communication moving between clients and teammates
  • Provide a steady, compassionate presence during everything from exciting new-puppy visits to difficult goodbyes
Schedule
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities are available
  • Saturday availability is required
  • We strive to provide consistent schedules with work-life balance in mind
Why Join Us?

Because this is the kind of place where:

  • Your growth is supported
  • Your work makes a real difference
  • Your teammates show up for one another
  • Hard work and accomplishments are recognized and celebrated
  • The people around you can become more than coworkers
