Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our network of veterinary professionals. You will be the Director of First Impressions, handling multi-line phones, greeting clients, and supporting compassionate care across the hospital.

You will assist with care coordination, appointment scheduling, and medical record management while educating clients on preventive care and hospital services.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service and empathetic client interactions.
• Strong communication skills to manage stressful situations.
• Excellent organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with ability to work independently when needed.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; some weekends/holidays required.
