Job summary

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a Client Ambassador to join our dedicated team in Carlsbad, CA. You will supervise and support clients, coordinate daily activities, and assist with admissions, discharges, and medication management within our mental health programs.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and computer skills, with a focus on safety and compassionate care. This is a full-time, in-person position with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• HS Diploma/GED with 1+ year of related experience OR a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured and meet driving history requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by ADP and governing bodies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and transport clients to daily activities and appointments.
• Provide supervision, support, and guidance to clients throughout treatment.
• Facilitate admissions and discharges and document in the electronic health record.
• Communicate crisis interventions to leadership and clinical staff.
• Uphold facility standards, cleanliness, and welcoming environments.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinicians on medication management and reporting side effects.
