This role supports the hospital with administrative and client-service tasks, aligning with positions like Veterinary Receptionist or Client Care Specialist.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Veterinary knowledge is a plus.
• AviMark experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Previous veterinary or Care Coordinator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses concerns.
• Assists with medication pickups and client inquiries.
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing.
• Supports retail sales and maintains records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and handles end-of-day duties.
