Job summary

Right at Home of Central New Jersey seeks a Customer Service/Client Care Assistant to support the client care team with data entry, electronic filing and paperwork review. You will help ensure services run smoothly for seniors and adults with disabilities.

This role blends office duties with occasional field tasks, such as delivering supplies to caregivers or clients, and coordinating with the office team to keep client services on track.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families and referral partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule between office and field activities.
• Previous experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, or marketing preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter inquiries, send out agreements, and update tasks for the office team.
• Provide occasional field support, such as delivering supplies to caregivers or clients.
