The Client Care Manager will oversee client interactions, manage care plans, and lead a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Client care department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage client assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Lead and mentor customer care staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
• Address client concerns and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. Coordinate training sessions for staff on best practices in Alzheimer's and Dementia care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or management role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and understanding of care planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Ability to lead a team with compassion while managing operational tasks efficiently
