Job description

We are now hiring a full-time Client Care Manager!

The Client Care Manager is expected to perform a variety of duties related to client care, including:

  • Care consultations with potential clients and family members
  • Client/CAREGiverSM introductions
  • Assisting with scheduling and recruiting
  • Performing quality assurance visits with existing clients

The Client Care Manager is also responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating all activities related to client care, as well as leading the client care team, including service coordinator, client care coordinator, and recruitment coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meet with potential clients and families to discuss needs and provide service plans
  • Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations following the consultative sales process
  • Maintain communication and follow-up with potential clients and families
  • Coordinate care with team members
  • Introduce clients and CAREGiversSM at onboarding
  • Document quality assurance meetings and maintain client records
  • Ensure regular quality assurance visits
  • Modify service plans based on ongoing needs
  • Achieve operational goals including revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead and manage the client services team
  • Develop a measurable Quality Assurance program
  • Build relationships with referral sources in the community
  • Support team members across various functions as needed
  • Participate in marketing and client evaluations
  • Adhere to company policies and perform On Call duties
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with franchise owners and the Business Performance team
  • Perform other duties necessary for franchise operation
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the home care industry is required
  • 4-10 years of related business experience or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license required
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise all functions of the Client Care Team, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and coaching.

Pay rate depends on experience. Benefits after 90 days include Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off. Medical benefits are not provided.
