Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Human Services, or related field preferred.
  • OR 3+ years of management or healthcare leadership experience.
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, sales, senior services, case management, customer service, or related field preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

  • As Client Care Manager, you’ll serve as the main link between clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the office team to ensure exceptional care.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and develop personalized care recommendations.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families and conduct regular quality assurance visits.
  • Oversee daily office operations and coordinate scheduling to ensure strong caregiver/client matches.
  • Support staffing challenges, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure accurate documentation and state compliance.
  • Coach and encourage caregivers while collaborating with leadership to improve processes.

What You'll Do

As a Client Care Manager, you'll serve as the primary connection between our clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and office team to ensure every client receives exceptional care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client & Family Care
  • Answer incoming client and referral calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
  • Develop personalized care recommendations
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families
  • Complete regular quality assurance visits and satisfaction check-ins
  • Resolve concerns quickly and proactively
Office Operations
  • Help oversee daily office operations
  • Coordinate with scheduling to ensure excellent caregiver/client matches
  • Assist with staffing challenges and daily problem solving
  • Monitor client satisfaction and service quality
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Support, coach, and encourage caregivers
  • Collaborate with office leadership to improve processes
  • Help onboard and train new team members
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Serve as a resource for caregivers needing guidance in the field
Relationship Building
  • Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the community
  • Help families understand available home care services
