Job summary

Partum Health is hiring an Associate Client Care Lead to guide expectant families through onboarding and ongoing care. You will be the first contact for prospective clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported while coordinating with providers.

The role oversees client lead pipelines, onboarding journeys, and ongoing communications, partnering with doulas and clinicians to deliver care. Remote US-based position; strong CRM and four-year degree expected.

Qualifications

• Four year university degree required.
• 1-2+ years in a client-facing role in a high-growth healthcare environment or similar.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance targets in admissions or sales.
• CRM experience required for client data management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Own client lead pipeline and contribute to growth by engaging inbound prospective customers.
• Drive the onboarding journey for each client and exceed targets for connecting families with services.
• Proactively connect with prospective clients via calls, texts, and messages.
• Develop patient care plans in collaboration with families and providers.
• Manage end-to-end doula contracting and ongoing account management.
• Coordinate and schedule clinical appointments while maintaining records with privacy compliance.
• Provide exceptional client support as the first point of contact.
• Adapt to evolving needs in a startup healthcare environment.
