Beaming Health is seeking a Client Growth Associate to join a fast-paced, fully remote team. You will manage client outreach and connect families with providers while contributing to strategic growth decisions across growth, product, and GTM efforts.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will nurture referral sources, drive partner relationships, and help scale Beaming Health's impact across time zones. This is a fully remote, full-time role with quarterly on-sites for team-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct outreach from clients via phone, email, and text, connecting them with suitable providers.
• Coordinate referrals from primary care physicians, pediatricians, and insurance care navigators.
• Build and maintain referral-partner relationships for long-term growth.
• Lead weekly client growth meetings to review referrals and plan next steps for active matches.
• Follow up with unmatched clients to re-evaluate fit and provider availability.
• Audit provider directories and request profile updates to improve visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clients are matched with the right providers and onboarded smoothly.
• Identify and implement new strategies to reach clients and improve provider matching.
