Southern Comfort Mechanical in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the central voice between clients, field technicians, and operations. The role focuses on keeping daily schedules full, coordinating service calls, and ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable in their homes.

The position blends inbound customer care with proactive outbound communication, handling service requests, estimate follow-ups, and Comfort Club scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CSR, call center, or dispatch experience preferred in HVAC/plumbing/residential service.
• Tech-confident with hands-on CRM experience; ServiceTitan familiarity is a plus.
• Inbound call management and outbound follow-up experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch using ServiceTitan; optimize routes.
• Perform outbound check-ins for service maintenance and estimate follow-ups.
• Track parts orders, warranty details, and organize job records.
• Monitor technician schedules and inform clients of delays.
• Meet KPIs for call bookings, schedules, and client satisfaction.
