The Charles Nedder Team is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Client Care Coordinator to join our Greenwich office.
This is a key client-facing position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, following up, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll work closely with our agents, buyers, sellers, and prospective clients to help manage relationships throughout the real estate process—from the first conversation through appointments, transactions, closing, and beyond.

The Charles Nedder Team combines New England Properties with the technology, systems, training, and support of a modern real estate team.
You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced real estate professionals while developing valuable skills in client relations, sales support, transaction management, technology, and real estate operations.
If you enjoy real estate but prefer the stability of dependable income and a structured role rather than building a business entirely around commissions, this could be an excellent opportunity.
You’ll still be deeply involved with buyers, sellers, properties, negotiations, and transactions—but as part of an established team with the systems and support to help you succeed.
Compensation: $18 hourly
