Almost Family, LLC is seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Bend, OR. This in-office role supports clients, coordinates care with efficiency and compassion, and serves as the primary contact for client needs.

The position runs Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and benefits including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, holidays, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in senior care or related field.
• Ability to travel in and around Central Oregon (winter road conditions).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems.
• Compassionate, client-focused attitude.
• Previous client coordination or care-related experience preferred.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and assistance to meet their needs effectively.
