Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Banking Service Professional in Lone Tree, CO, to support Schwab Bank clients via inbound calls. You will educate clients on deposit accounts, online banking, and other services, delivering thoughtful, empathetic solutions with strong communication.

The role emphasizes listening, problem-solving, and a consultative approach to meet client needs while maintaining accuracy and trust in every interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an office-based role (including volunteer work or internships).
• Fixed schedule that may include evenings or weekends.
• On-site presence required for 75%–100% of scheduled hours.
