Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Client Banking Service Professional to serve as the trusted voice for Schwab Bank clients. You will handle 40–60 inbound calls daily, educate clients on deposits, online banking, bill pay, transfers, mobile banking and debit cards, and provide thoughtful, clear solutions with empathy.

You’ll identify client needs and guide decisions, delivering personalized support with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a role related to office tasks or customer service.
• Fixed schedule that may include evenings or weekends; shift details provided by Talent Advisor.
• On-site presence required for 75%–100% of scheduled hours.
• Passion for helping clients and delivering positive experiences.
• Ability to convey information clearly and build trust.

Responsabilités

Each day,you’llmanage 40–60 inbound calls, using yourexpertisein deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. Leveraging multiple systems and resources,you’llprovide world-class solutions that give clients confidence to move forward.
