Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience with clients; teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Notary license preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage client flow as hospitality ambassador for the financial center.
• Perform accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve solutions; refer to specialists as needed.
• Identify client needs and propose solutions within policy and risk guidelines.
• Escalate non-standard issues and help maintain high standards of accuracy and service.
