Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification in a related field is desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer’s relationship with BMO beyond personal banking.
• Welcomes and guides customers entering the branch, offering guidance on digital and self-serve options for a simple, fast banking experience.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services to recommend channel options and provide personal banking and investment advice.
