Job summary

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients; hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying needs.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions; uses insights to offer suitable solutions.
• Knows basic banking products to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues per policy.
