Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a customer service associate in Woodbridge, NJ to deliver everyday banking with a high-touch, relationship-driven approach. You will be the hospitality ambassador, guiding clients through accurate transactions and introducing them to TD’s products and digital tools to empower financial decisions.

As part of Personal & Commercial Banking, you will engage with clients, handle inquiries, and refer opportunities to appropriate partners while maintaining TD’s risk and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience with clients or in a service role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver everyday banking transactions and guidance, connecting clients to specialists as needed.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to improve convenience and financial well-being.
• Engage clients through proactive outreach and appointment scheduling for consumer accounts.
• Balance client needs with risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
