Job summary

Truist in Savannah, GA is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and accurate banking transactions and exceptional client experiences.

You will educate clients on online and mobile banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support sales and service through IRM initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to travel or work occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience while handling complex and standard transactions with courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
