Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Service Representative at one of our financial centers. You will engage clients in the lobby, educate them on mobile, online, and ATM self-service, and accurately process cash transactions.

You will conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial needs, connect them to solutions, uphold risk culture and regulatory compliance, and grow knowledge with collaboration from specialists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic with results focus.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Desire to improve clients' financial lives.
• Confidence identifying client solutions based on needs.
• Effective communication with all clients.
• Ability to learn new information and platforms.
• Ability to educate clients on ATM/online/mobile banking.

• Time and capacity management skills.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours.
• May be scheduled at multiple financial centers within distance.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of products is desired.
• Sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment is desired.
• Six months of cash handling experience is desired.
• Bachelor's or business-relevant Associate's degree is desired.

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, ATM, and other self-service resources.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.

• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.

• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
