Qualifications

• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers as they walk into the branch lobby and offers advice on digital and self-serve options.
• Identifies customer needs and provides guidance regarding financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships with BMO.
• Probes to understand personal banking and credit card needs and provides strategic advice.
• Supports operational activities and maintains accurate work information.
