Job summary

Bank of Montreal is hiring for a Retail Banking Sales & Service role in Wisconsin. You will welcome customers, assess their financial needs, and guide them to digital channels and banking solutions. You will collaborate with branch colleagues and BMO partners to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

With 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales, you will drive personal banking solutions, maintain privacy, and follow regulatory requirements while contributing to branch goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Ability to deliver a personal customer experience in consultative sales and team-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they enter the branch lobby, offering advice on digital/self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and provide guidance on financial solutions that best fit their goals.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to refer opportunities and grow relationships beyond personal banking.
• Engage in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking, credit card needs, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support branch operations including inventory management, applications, filing, and opening/closing activities.
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customers and maintain privacy.
