Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby and advises on banking channels.
• Identifies customer needs and provides guidance on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Works with BMO partners to deliver customer experience and achieve business objectives.
• Identifies referral opportunities to grow customer relationships with BMO.
• Supports operational activities and contributes to branch results and customer experience.
