JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Client Associate for its Commercial Term Lending team in Boston. Drive client relationships, support sales efforts, and coordinate marketing activities while enhancing client experiences in multifamily lending.

You will analyze cash flows, model mortgage scenarios, and guide clients from pre-approval to funding, collaborating with internal partners to close loans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within a commercial real estate firm or financial services
• Strong sales orientation and ability to contribute on a sales team
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player, organized and detail oriented
• Able to identify new sources of business through research of industry events and announcements

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships through proactive calling of prospects and networking
• Contribute to creating and executing the marketing plan including direct mailings and events
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and offer solutions for growing real estate portfolios
• Analyze commercial multifamily real estate cash flow and valuations
• Model financial assumptions to select best mortgage products for clients
• Set expectations and review process from pre-approval through loan funding
• Drive loan packages through the process by coordinating with internal partners
