Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join our Commercial team in Irvine, CA. You will support renewal activities, process certificates of insurance, and help prepare high-quality proposals for prospective clients.

You’ll collaborate with service and production teams to improve workflows, maintain accurate client data, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role emphasizes relationship-building, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 1+ year relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Proven ability to coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal processes and deliver high-quality solutions to help client retention.
• Assist with new business activities: compile client information and prepare proposals.
• Process certificates of insurance and keep policy data up-to-date in systems.
• Collaborate with Client Service and Production teams to improve workflows and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.

Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Senior Client Service Associate to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll help clients solve challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure every client interaction is meaningful and impactful. How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. From helping with renewals to processing certificates of insurance, you’ll handle important tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with team members to improve workflows, nurture client relationships, and maintain accurate data. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality results and meeting compliance standards.

• Contribute to the renewal process by delivering timely and high-quality solutions to support client retention and satisfaction
• Support New Business activity via handling of new business applications, compiling client information, and preparing high quality and accurate proposals for potential clients.
• Process certificates of insurance and ensure all client and policy data is up-to-date in Gallagher’s systems.
• Work with Client Service and Production teams to improve processes, meet goals, and maintain high productivity standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

About You

Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.

Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
