Job Summary

Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, phone sets, cabling, software, printers, multi‑function printers and all other end‑user technology products.

Education & Credentials

• Associate of Applied Science required.
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• TIA A+ required within 9 months of hire.
• IT Fundamentals preferred.

Experience

• 6 months of experience providing technical support relevant to job duties required.
• 3 years of experience providing technical support relevant job duties preferred.

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Department: KH Information Technology Systems Eng & Ops.
• Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Bi‑weekly pay.
• Weekend/holiday work required.
• On‑call required with rotation.
• Union: N00 – Non Union KH.
• Grade: HR210.
• Salary range: $27.36 – $37.61 per hour (wage determined by experience, qualifications, internal equity and collective bargaining agreement).
