How You'll Make An Impact

  1. Act as an advocate for complex clients, providing assistance and coverage advice, monitoring large and complex claims, and documenting all pertinent activity related to the claim.
  2. Consult with clients and brokers on claims and coverage issues.
  3. Facilitate and attend client meetings and claims reviews.
  4. Negotiate changes in reserves to achieve positive client outcomes.
  5. Provide status reports to clients and review action plans and reserves.
  6. Research and obtain claims information from clients, carriers, and communicate timely and accurately with all interested parties.
  7. Review all new problematic or complex claims and formulate a plan of action for favorable resolution.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a claims role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of coverage lines within responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large workload while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with claims and business-related software.
