How You'll Make An Impact

• Act as an advocate for complex clients, providing assistance and coverage advice, monitoring large and complex claims, and documenting all pertinent activity related to the claim.
• Consult with clients and brokers on claims and coverage issues.
• Facilitate and attend client meetings and claims reviews.
• Negotiate changes in reserves for positive client outcomes as appropriate by line of coverage.
• Provide status reports to clients as required by service plans, review action plans and reserves, considering client costs.
• Research and obtain claims information from clients and carriers, and communicate timely and accurately with all interested parties.
• Review all new problematic or complex claims on designated clients and formulate a plan of action to achieve favorable resolution.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a claims role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of lines of coverage within your area of responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse and large workload while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with claims and business-related software.
