Job summary

Little Red Door Cancer Agency is seeking a Client Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for clients, handling intakes and addressing needs with compassion. You will collect data in Salesforce, coordinate services, and support families facing cancer, collaborating with the Programs team to promote program visibility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a health-related field, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or other health-related field is required.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local community resources preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system to interface with clients as a first point of contact with excellent customer service.
• Assess and provide comprehensive services to reduce burdens for medically underserved residents of central Indiana.
• Help prioritize client needs and assess eligibility for in-house services.
• Collect and enter client information and services in the Salesforce database.
• Provide services and support to clients through face-to-face and phone interactions, and written correspondence.
• Collaborate with programs team to foster client advocacy and visibility of program services.
• Work independently and within a team on projects under the supervision of the Chief of Client Services and Programs.
